Refunds and Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are unhappy with your items for any reason and would like a refund, please email us at mary@mjseco.co.uk We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund your items minus postage.

At MJ’s Eco Lifestyle one of our priorities has been sourcing eco-friendly packaging for shipping, making our product journey a kinder process, reducing the impact on the environment. We use packaging made from recycled, sustainably sourced materials which is fully recyclable.
We are working alongside the Royal Mail for shipping, who offer a fuel-efficient delivery service which helps to reduce carbon emissions, they also aim to be carbon neutral, or ‘net zero’ by 2050.
